Step 1: Assessment

One hour session
Our trained and certified coaches will walk you through the CliftonStrengths process and administer the assessment, setting you up to get accurate results.

 

Step 2: Development

Two one hour sessions
Once individual strengths are determined, our coaches will work with you to build a deep understanding and confidence in your talents. This session results in real and tangible take-aways for maximizing awareness of your strengths in your work and personal life.

Utilizing a team grid the second session explores building a great company culture, learning to apply your strengths as a manager while helping your team members do the same is the most effective way to improve performance, efficiency, and engagement.

 

Step 3: Follow-up

One hour session
Our coaches will follow-up with your team and check-in on how you’ve been able to implement your strengths with real-world application, ensuring individual and team success.
