Built on the discovery of our own strength

Our story

Harbinger began with the belief that self-discovery is the key to unlocking our greatest potential. Started in 2021 by Marty Dutch, a certified CliftonStrength Coach, philanthropic consultant and foundation advisor, Harbinger was at first a personal tool. Marty discovered her own power in the application of her unique strengths and the potential it unlocks when applied to work and life.

As she began to share this assessment and toolset with friends, coworkers and nonprofit boards Marty realized the broad impact these lessons could have if more people became aware of their gifts. Today, Harbinger serves to broaden the vision of individuals, organizations, and teams alike by building confidence and self-power through the CliftonStrengths assessment and our unique development approach.
